Position Summary
We are looking for a refined and courteous Front Desk Executive to serve as the welcoming face of our brand and the initial point of contact for our esteemed clients. This position requires a polished appearance, exemplary manners, and a sincere commitment to superior customer hospitality. The successful candidate will consistently deliver warmth, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail, embodying our brand's sophistication and exclusivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist walk-in visitors, clients, and prospects.
- Serve as the primary contact for potential customers arriving in person or reaching out via phone with questions.
- Utilize provided leads to proactively engage and encourage more clients to visit.
- Uphold and promote the company’s brand reputation at all times.
