Role Overview

We are assembling a reliable network of skilled freelance learning professionals committed to thoughtful design, superior quality, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Currently, we seek experienced Presentation Designers to contribute to pharmaceutical learning projects, National Sales Meetings, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Create polished and visually engaging learning presentations using PowerPoint and InDesign.
Collaborate closely with instructional designers and project teams to develop participant guides, facilitator guides, and supplementary materials that are clear and aesthetically appealing.
Work primarily within existing client brand frameworks to enhance content through effective layout, typography, and graphic design rather than developing new brand identities.
Design job aids, infographics, custom icons, simple illustrations, and brand templates.
Prepare and format final deliverables for client use.

Candidate Profile

Ability to transform complex material into clean, engaging visual layouts.
Exceptional typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy skills.
Comfortable adhering to established brand standards while elevating the design quality.
Proficient in both PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.
Detail-oriented with consistent delivery of refined outputs.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Mandatory Qualifications

Residency within the United States.
Minimum three years of experience in presentation, graphic, or production design.
Advanced expertise in PowerPoint.
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
Demonstrated portfolio emphasizing presentation design, layout, and typography.
Experience working under established brand guidelines.
Superior organizational, communication, and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
Agency or consulting experience.
Support for National Sales Meetings or corporate events.
Experience designing educational materials like participant and facilitator guides or workbooks.
Skill in creating custom icons, diagrams, and simple illustrations.

Engagement Details

Position classified as a 1099 freelance contract role.
Fully remote role restricted to U.S.-based candidates.
Flexible workload dependent on project demands.
