About Mindrift and The Role
Mindrift connects experts globally with cutting-edge AI developments, aiming to create exceptional AI technologies through real-world insights. We are currently seeking a skilled Presentation Designer to collaborate on the Tendem project, focusing on crafting superior presentations for practical applications. This part-time role is fully remote and ideal for experienced creatives in visual communication, information architecture, and narrative design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop professional, audience-specific pitch decks and one-page summaries of high strategic importance.
- Convert intricate data sets into straightforward and compelling visual narratives emphasizing minimalism and clear hierarchical structure.
- Enhance presentations with tailored typography, elegant motion effects, and consistent polished design aesthetics.
- Maintain a refined, persuasive style that balances corporate professionalism with creative flair.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards by meticulously checking visual alignment, flow, and brand consistency before finalizing work.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably a minimum of two years' experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
- A bachelor’s or master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related disciplines is advantageous.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency with presentation software such as PowerPoint and Keynote, capable of producing complex, dynamic, and smoothly animated decks.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for producing custom graphics and layouts.
- Expertise in transforming complex data and layers of information into clean and effective visual stories.
- Advanced use of custom fonts and animations to deliver premium quality presentations.
Additional Expectations
- Demonstrable experience in creating premium, corporate yet creatively styled designs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous commitment to visual excellence.
- Ability to work autonomously, showing strong problem-solving skills in design challenges.
- Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.

Project Details and Compensation
Typical engagement requires about 10 to 20 hours per week during active project periods, although this fluctuates based on project needs and is not guaranteed. Compensation on this assignment can reach up to $45 per hour, depending on the contributor's expertise and output pace.
