Mindrift seeks an experienced Brand Designer to contribute remotely on a part-time basis to its Tendem project, which combines human expertise with AI capabilities. This role involves crafting and maintaining a robust and contemporary brand visual identity across various channels.

Role Responsibilities

Create key foundational brand elements such as logos, full visual identity systems, and detailed color schemes.
Systematize and deliver multiple versions of brand assets effectively.
Maintain strict brand consistency, overseeing all branded materials including pitch decks and social media kits.
Develop scalable and sustainable visual systems that conform to modern design principles.
Ensure design standards are met across all formats, including digital and print applications.

Candidate Requirements

Preferably a minimum of two years’ experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications.
Higher education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related creative discipline is advantageous.
Expertise in establishing brand identities from the ground up, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Ability to adapt branding across multiple channels, ensuring fidelity to brand DNA in digital and print formats.
Competence in organizing brand guidelines and asset libraries for team-wide use.
English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or above is mandatory.
Exhibit strategic thinking with a strong focus on preserving long-term brand value.
Highly committed to enforcing brand uniformity as a diligent gatekeeper.
Self-motivated, capable of independent problem-solving, and dedicated to producing top-quality deliverables.

Working Hours and Compensation

The role requires approximately 10 to 20 hours weekly during periods of project activity, though workload is not guaranteed and varies based on project demands.

Compensation can reach up to $40 per hour depending on contribution level and project complexity, with variation across different projects offered by the platform.
