Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Founders Associate, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO, accelerating company growth by handling varied strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and updating sales and contractual asset libraries to ensure alignment with delivered products.
• Preparing for and documenting customer meetings—including research, demo preparations, notes, and follow-ups—targeting senior internal audit and control professionals at major enterprises.
• Developing and maintaining the company’s knowledge base in a structured manner that supports AI tool usage, with meaningful project outcomes beyond routine documentation.
• Conducting thorough market and competitor analyses with actionable recommendations, avoiding mere data compilation.
• Assessing product partnerships and inbound opportunities through categorization and detailed product evaluations.
• Leading strategic projects from conception through implementation, owning the results.
• Enhancing internal processes and systems, driving organizational efficiency improvements.
• Assisting in recruitment efforts across engineering, product, and commercial roles by screening candidates, managing interview coordination, and engaging applicants.
• Supporting employer branding through content creation for social media, hiring webpages, and campaigns to streamline future hires.
• Organizing team events and managing light HR and office responsibilities for the growing Munich-based team.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate, or 1-3 years of professional experience in any discipline; backgrounds in consulting, Big 4, regtech, or startups are advantageous but not mandatory.
• A versatile generalist adept at managing diverse tasks such as competitor research, customer demo preparations, content creation, and knowledge management without losing focus.
• Strong prioritization skills to manage workload effectively and independently select tasks to defer when overloaded.
• Excellent written communication capable of delivering polished competitor analyses and customer briefs that require minimal revision.
• Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Claude or comparable) applied as fundamental work instruments, demonstrated through previous projects or automations.
• Fluency in German and English at C1 level to conduct research on German enterprises, produce German-language brand materials, and collaborate internationally.
• Trustworthiness and discretion in handling confidential information, including sensitive contracts and investor documents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or interest in governance, risk, compliance, audits, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AI-driven knowledge base enhancement projects.
• Advanced user of Notion for knowledge and project management.
• Comfort with website content and structural modifications.
• Informal or formal experience in recruiting or employer branding activities.
