About the Role
We are representing a client seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis working completely remotely from any location. The role entails deploying and integrating AI-based solutions directly with enterprise customers to guarantee smooth implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI models and infrastructure to meet the performance and scalability needs of enterprise clients.
- Diagnose and address technical issues promptly in live environments to minimize downtime and maintain system robustness.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to collect feedback and improve solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Create and update documentation for implemented systems to aid in operations and future rollouts.
- Provide customers with technical leadership through training, best practices consultation, and proactive support.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience deploying and scaling AI or machine learning models in production settings.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Preferred experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
