Your Responsibilities

• Lead innovative footwear design projects from initial concept sketches through to the final product stage.
• Collaborate on expanding the product portfolio by co-designing new shoe models and ensuring excellence in execution.
• Work closely with development, marketing, and production teams to refine products in terms of aesthetics, function, and user comfort.
• Monitor current design trends and market needs to inspire continuous product enhancements.
• Produce detailed technical drawings and presentations to communicate design intent.
• Assist in enhancing existing product designs for improved usability and appeal.
• Incorporate sustainable materials and innovative design ideas informed by trend and market analysis.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers and production partners to maintain high standards of quality and feasibility.

Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English is necessary.
• Completed education in product design, industrial design, fashion design, or a related field.
• Creative flair with a keen sense for design elements such as shapes, colors, and materials; prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong teamwork and communication capabilities to collaborate across departments.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently with a structured approach.
