About the Role

Join the team at REWE Nils Stiem oHG located in Goldbach / Nessetal, Sonneborner Str. 33, with contract types available in full-time and part-time (35 hours per week); employment is permanent. Responsibilities

• Maintain, design, and sell flower and plant decorations.
• Independently implement ideas that boost sales activities.
• Manage procurement of goods responsibly.
• Inspect incoming products and ensure optimal storage conditions.
• Conduct advisory and sales talks with customers autonomously.

Requirements

• Completed formal training as a florist.
• Strong creativity with diverse ideas.
• Passion for retail and a collaborative spirit.
• Polite and approachable demeanor towards customers.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 22:00, and Saturdays between 06:00 and 20:00.
