Role Responsibilities
- Supervise the execution of substation construction projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, company guidelines, and approved project plans.
- Monitor the project schedule, evaluating deadlines, progress, and productivity to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Inspect the quality of workmanship to confirm compliance with technical standards and quality expectations.
- Interpret civil, electromechanical, and electrical project drawings to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective measures.
- Oversee electromechanical assembly processes, including the installation of equipment, metal structures, busbars, transformers, panels, cables, and auxiliary systems.
- Supervise civil works connected to substation infrastructure such as foundations, cable ducts, equipment bases, and support buildings.
- Verify that materials and equipment received on-site conform to project specifications and technical requirements.
- Document inspections, non-conformities, and field evidence using dedicated applications and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety Standards, particularly NR-10 and related Safety procedures for Electrical Power Systems.
- Participate in project progress meetings, providing updates on status, risks, deviations, and suggest improvements.
- Support the engineering team by facilitating the release of service fronts, measurements, and acceptance of completed work stages.
