FinTech Product Analyst - AI Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FinTech Product Analyst to contribute to training AI models focused on financial applications. Your primary duties will include assessing the progress and reasoning of AI chatbots, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions to enhance the accuracy and reliability of these models.

Our team is growing into a novel domain where AI Assistant models are being developed as valuable tools for finance experts. Candidates with advanced qualifications such as an MBA or higher and practical professional experience in finance are encouraged to apply in order to help refine AI comprehension of financial concepts and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance AI Assistant responses dealing with macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Utilize your academic and professional background to verify the soundness and precision of AI-generated solutions.
• Challenge AI models using complex real-world financial scenarios and uncommon situations to evaluate their reasoning capabilities.
• Provide concise, systematic feedback to contribute to the ongoing improvement and sophistication of AI versions.
• Present AI chatbots with diverse financial problems and critically assess the resulting outputs for quality and correctness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in analysis.
• Expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analytics, and related reasoning tasks pertaining to financial management.
• Completion, current enrollment, or progress in a Master's degree or PhD is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• This role is structured as an independent contractor position for UK residents only.
• Compensation is handled through PayPal with hourly rates starting from $50 to $100 or more, with opportunities for bonuses on certain projects.
• Contractors have the flexibility to select preferred projects and work schedules, commuting is not required as work is performed onsite.
• The company does not request any payment from applicants. Currency conversions between USD and local currency are managed by PayPal.
