Finance Manager

Role Overview

Arimax Global, a part of an international group with operations in the US, Italy, India, Qatar, and beyond, specializes in analytics, technology, manufacturing, ERP, and global business solutions. We are currently expanding our finance team in Mumbai and seek an ambitious Finance Manager to lead our India entity's financial operations and grow into a strategic CFO-type role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting activities for the India entity including financial reporting and month-end closures.
• Design and uphold financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate closely with company ownership to support financial planning and data-driven analysis.
• Progressively assume leadership responsibilities including managing finance personnel and contributing to group-wide financial strategy development.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), or holds an MBA/PGDM with a finance specialization.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Possesses strong emotional intelligence and the ability to engage effectively with ownership and international teams.
• Driven, self-reliant, and proactive in establishing financial infrastructure where none currently exists.
• Aspirations to ascend into executive leadership, motivated by growth and accountability rather than maintaining status quo.

Educational Eligibility

Applicants must have completed a B.Com in Accounting and Taxation.
