Finance Manager (Holiday Homes)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Finance Manager to lead financial operations within the holiday homes sector in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position reports directly to the CEO and focuses on enhancing profitability and asset optimization across a diverse portfolio of vacation rental and hospitality properties. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience bridging traditional luxury hospitality with the dynamic holiday homes market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive financial activities including end-to-end accounting, monthly profit and loss statements, and cash flow oversight across multiple property units.
• Provide accurate and transparent financial reporting to property owners, including revenue-share distributions and performance analyses.
• Design and implement detailed budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization models with an emphasis on maximizing RevPAR and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, including FTA VAT tax requirements and corporate governance protocols.
• Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to improve procurement efficiency, cost control, and vendor relationship management.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of progressive finance experience exclusively within the UAE, showing a strong understanding of local legal and banking environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in both luxury hospitality and holiday homes or vacation rental sectors.
• Strong experience managing complex owner revenue-sharing arrangements, trust accounting, and maintaining effective owner relationships.
• Proficient in hospitality Property Management Systems (PMS) along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities with a coaching approach, capable of turning intricate financial data into strategic operations insights.
• Applicants without UAE hospitality or holiday homes experience will not be considered.
