The Role

We are seeking a Finance Associate based in Dubai to contribute across consulting projects and ongoing transactions. This position offers practical involvement from day one in equity and debt deals, including constructing financial models, preparing presentation materials, and participating in key discussions that influence deal progression. This opportunity accelerates traditional finance learning, combining the rigor of investment banking analytics with hands-on client interaction typical of consulting, all within a nimble organization where your work has real impact.

The role welcomes fresh graduates who already possess proficiency in financial modeling and presentation deck creation, as this is not an entry-level Excel learning position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive three-statement financial models, revenue forecasts, and scenario analyses (including bear, base, and bull cases) to support clients and their boards.
• Create transaction-specific models for equity and debt instruments, including cap tables, returns analysis, facility sizing, covenant monitoring, and cash flow projections.
• Evaluate business plans critically, analyzing unit economics, cohort behaviors, working capital cycles, and runway requirements.
• Assist with live equity and debt transactions by preparing teasers, information decks, managing data rooms, compiling counterparty lists, and tracking deal processes.
• Prepare due diligence documentation and facilitate question-and-answer sessions with investors, institutions, and legal counsel.
• Gain exposure to deal structuring mechanics such as sizing, pricing, and negotiation strategies across different markets.
• Engage in client calls from the start and manage workstreams involving founder-level contacts across global time zones.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, decision-oriented presentations and memos for boards and institutional audiences.
• Quickly develop credibility by representing the firm confidently and professionally to clients.

Qualifications and Profile

• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are eligible provided they demonstrate strong financial modeling and presentation skills from internships, competitions, student funds, or previous jobs.
• Ability to independently build well-structured financial models from scratch and confidently justify all underlying assumptions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, delivering content that is both visually appealing and highly readable.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, capable of producing materials under the firm's branding.
• Poised and persuasive communicator in front of senior stakeholders, delivering structured and confident responses.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to managing tasks and following through autonomously.
• Curious about financial markets, deal-making processes, and company financing and growth dynamics.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
