Field Sales Executive

About the Role

SP Consultancy is urgently seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join Paytm's core growth team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This position involves working directly under Paytm's payroll to broaden the network of merchants by onboarding shops, retail stores, and businesses in local markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit nearby markets and retail outlets regularly to recruit new merchants actively.
• Set up Paytm QR Codes at merchant locations for seamless transaction acceptance.
• Deploy and activate Paytm Soundboxes, equipping business owners with required devices.
• Provide training to merchants on how to effectively use Paytm hardware and software.
• Address and resolve merchant queries to ensure smooth usage of Paytm services.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Applicants must own an Android smartphone capable of supporting Paytm applications.
• Possession of a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) for commuting to merchant locations is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranges from INR 21,000 to INR 45,000.
