Dream Consulting is seeking a Field Sales Executive based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. This role involves direct customer engagement and proactive sales efforts aiming to expand our client base and strengthen customer relationships. The candidate will focus on identifying new prospects within allocated areas and promoting our products or services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate potential customers in designated regions and generate leads utilizing methods such as cold calls, emails, online chats, and door-to-door visits.
• Organize face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present product offerings and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to foster lasting relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and generate referrals.
• Participate actively in field sales activities including meeting new members connected with Paytm.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 18,500 to 22,000, with additional incentives up to INR 6,000 based on performance.
