Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Paytm Services Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join their core expansion team. Selected candidates will work directly on Paytm's payroll to grow the merchant network by onboarding various local retailers and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market visits to nearby shops and retail outlets to bring new merchants onto the Paytm platform.
• Install Paytm QR codes at merchant locations to enable digital payments.
• Set up and activate Paytm Soundboxes for business owners to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships by training merchants on Paytm devices and addressing any operational questions.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of an Android smartphone is mandatory for job functions.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter is essential for mobility and daily tasks.

Additional Information

• Compensation includes monthly pay ranging from 21,000 to 45,000 INR along with attractive weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses.
• Official onboarding will be conducted via a direct offer letter issued by Paytm, confirming employment on their payroll.
