Field Sales Executive

Overview

Tracksun Solar Private Limited is seeking a Field Sales Executive to join their team in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This role focuses on promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers in the region, contributing to the growth of renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new client leads through active engagement.
• Promote and close sales of solar products to diverse clients.
• Perform site visits and clearly communicate the benefits of solar installations.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives while fostering ongoing customer relationships.
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure projects are executed efficiently.

Requirements

• At least one year of hands-on experience in field sales within the solar industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities to influence customers effectively.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and readiness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Compensation and Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 INR along with attractive performance-based incentives. The job is based in Uttarakhand, India.
