Field Sales Executive

About the Role

PhonePe is seeking motivated and goal-oriented Field Sales Executives who are eager to advance their careers in the field sales domain. The role involves direct interaction with local merchants to expand the user base of PhonePe's products.

Job Duties

• Conduct visits to local retail stores to register new merchants to PhonePe's platform.
• Promote and sell products such as Smart Speakers and QR Scanners offered by PhonePe.
• Clearly communicate the advantages and functionalities of PhonePe products to potential customers.
• Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with merchant partners.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary ranging between ₹21,000 and ₹24,000.
• Additional incentives ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 monthly based on performance.
• Petrol allowance of ₹4,000 per month to cover travel expenses.

Eligibility and Hiring Process

• Candidates must be prepared to attend an in-person interview conducted at the ASM Gate location.
• The selection procedure is swift, with offer letters provided within 24 hours after successful selection.

• Valid PAN card.
• Aadhaar card (both front and back photocopies).
• 12th-grade mark sheet (photographic copy).
• Bank passbook's front page photocopy.
