Field Loans Officer

Job Overview

The Field Loans Officer position based at the Nateete Branch involves proactively sourcing prospective clients and marketing the company’s loan products, including Car Logbook Loans, Land Title Secured Loans, and vehicle tax financing services. This role requires managing the entire loan application process to ensure prompt disbursement while delivering excellent customer service and consistently meeting set sales targets.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new customers for various loan products.
• Promote and market all loan offerings to potential clients.
• Educate customers regarding product details, application prerequisites, and repayment terms.
• Organize and verify client loan applications and related documentation throughout the lending process.
• Follow up to guarantee timely loan approvals and disbursements.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients through field visits and follow-ups.
• Plan strategic locations for marketing campaigns and participate in promotional activities.
• Meet or exceed targets for customer acquisition and loan disbursement volumes.
• Prepare and submit detailed activity and performance reports regularly.
• Uphold confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Adhere to all relevant company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
