Job Overview

This role involves physically visiting customer locations to recover outstanding payments including dues and EMI amounts. The candidate will be responsible for collecting payments via various methods and ensuring accurate record-keeping of payment status.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to customer addresses for payment collections.
• Collect payments through cash, cheque, and digital transaction modes.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of visit outcomes and payment records.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets related to recovery and collections.
