Role Overview

The Explorers Associate plays a vital role in establishing an engaging, secure, and fun environment at the Kids Club for children. This position involves overseeing various educational and recreational activities tailored to different age groups while prioritizing the wellbeing and safety of every child. The role supports delivering experiences that reflect ultra-luxury hospitality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and interact with children during organized indoor and outdoor activities.
• Design and facilitate creative, educational, and playful programs including arts and crafts, dance, games, storytelling, and themed event participation.
• Ensure comprehensive safety, hygiene, and welfare for all children at all times.
• Maintain professional and positive communication with parents and guests.
• Assist with daily activity planning and the preparation of activity setups.
• Promote children’s active engagement and encourage good behavior and cooperation among participants.
• Keep the Kids Club area and all materials clean and well-organized.
• Adhere strictly to Kids Club policies, operational procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
• Provide additional support during special events such as birthday parties and seasonal celebrations.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in childcare, Kids Club environments, early childhood education, recreation, or similar settings.
• A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and crafting enjoyable experiences for them.
• Proficiency in arts and crafts and dance activities is essential.
• Energetic, inventive, self-driven, and exhibiting a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; any additional languages are advantageous.
• Capability to work effectively within a culturally diverse setting.
• Excellent team collaboration and guest service orientation.
• Preference for female applicants.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or resort Kids Club operational settings is preferred.
• Certification in First Aid or CPR would be beneficial.
• Ability to patiently care for children of varying age groups.
