About the Role

Turn Up Talent is looking for a driven Executive Recruiter to work remotely as a full-time member of the team. The role focuses on identifying strong leadership talent and matching candidates with client needs through a thoughtful, data-informed recruitment process.

What You’ll Do

  • Run detailed pre-screen interviews to evaluate leadership approach, technical background, qualifications, reasons for leaving, compensation expectations, and cultural fit.
  • Prepare well-organized candidate shortlists and clear summary notes for client decision-makers.
  • Provide guidance on salary benchmarking, market availability, and succession planning.
  • Find and attract senior talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Use the CRM to maintain candidate pipelines and document outreach activity.
  • Identify candidates across multiple channels, including major job platforms and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and manage the offer stage of the hiring process.

The ideal candidate brings experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, along with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Qualifications
