Job Overview
This full-time position at Lupin, situated in the Greater Nagpur Area, involves meticulous handling of change controls, deviation cases, and market complaints within a pharmaceutical context.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee change controls, deviations, and market complaint processes.
- Conduct thorough investigations into market complaints to identify the root causes.
- Review deviation investigations rigorously to ensure implementation of effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Handle NDMA (N-Nitrosodimethylamine) risk assessments as part of quality assurance protocols.
Experience and Education Requirements
- Possess 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Hold a graduate degree in Pharmacy, with preference for candidates having a Master's degree in Pharmacy.
