As an Executive Housekeeper at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding hospitality by managing the entire housekeeping department. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations including system administration, budgeting, forecasting, inventory supervision, and implementation of policies.
• Maintain exemplary cleanliness and service quality in guest rooms, communal spaces, restrooms, offices, and event areas.
• Collaborate with Property Operations and other teams on renovation and capital enhancement projects to improve hotel facilities.
• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team by fostering engagement, managing performance, promoting professional growth, and recognizing achievements.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, especially regarding the handling and use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive managerial experience in housekeeping, ideally within a 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership qualities coupled with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
• High attention to detail and firm commitment to delivering quality.
• Sound knowledge of cleaning methodologies, equipment, and chemical handling.
• Proficiency in budget planning and financial management related to housekeeping operations.
