Job Overview
The role focuses on managing the operations of the Executive Office, providing advanced administrative and organizational support to the CEO and senior leaders. This position ensures seamless communication, scheduling, protocol adherence, and coordination both within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily administrative activities of the Executive Office ensuring operational efficiency and confidentiality.
- Efficiently arrange and maintain the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel plans, and correspondence with utmost accuracy and discretion.
- Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Serve as the main liaison between the Executive Office, internal divisions, partners, and government bodies.
- Compose, review, and format senior level communications, reports, and presentations.
- Oversee and assist Executive Office personnel to maintain quality standards and service consistency.
- Enforce executive policies, procedural protocols, and manage document control systems.
- Handle confidential information and communications with the highest professionalism and integrity.
- Support the planning and execution of executive events, official visits, and board meetings.
- Monitor agreed tasks and ensure the timely completion of decisions from the CEO and executive leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a comparable discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar executive support role.
