Role Overview and Responsibilities

We seek an experienced Estimator with a strong background in general contracting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates and managing cost assessments for all construction divisions, operating both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Preference is given to candidates with local experience and those familiar with union contractors.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a general contractor.
• Proficiency in estimating across all construction divisions.
• Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Local construction market experience preferred.
• Experience working with union contractors is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from $85,000 to $185,000.
