Job Overview

Join NHC as an Employee Care Manager in Saudi Arabia, where you'll lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, ensure compliance, and foster a supportive workplace culture. This role focuses on managing complaint procedures, workplace investigations, and continuous enhancement of employee care services to create a fair and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage policies, procedures, and control mechanisms across employee care to meet procedural and legal requirements while optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive change management by continuously improving systems, policies, and processes, incorporating best practices and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with interdepartmental functions to ensure service quality.
  • Participate in budgeting processes, manage function budgets, report on progress, and initiate cost-saving measures and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Foster a culture of professional growth by mentoring the team, setting clear objectives, providing performance feedback, and driving a high-performance environment.
  • Lead and oversee the employee care function including complaints handling, workplace investigations, and regulatory case management, ensuring all cases are addressed timely and in line with labor laws and company policies.
  • Design, implement, and govern employee care policies and continuous improvement frameworks enhancing workplace effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Administer the Internal Investigation Committee's operations, including meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Promote awareness and training on complaint processes, employee rights, and professional ethical conduct.
  • Collaborate closely with Human Capital Operations, Employee Experience, Legal teams, and other key stakeholders for streamlined case management.
  • Monitor employee care metrics, analyze complaint trends, and prepare insightful reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal NHC functions and external regulators and government entities.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is mandatory; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in real estate or a related area, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
