Electronic Technician

About the Role

The Electronic Technician's main objective is to ensure timely delivery of equipment aligned with operational demands. This position focuses on optimizing maintenance efficiency and reducing downtime in the Maintenance Base (MB) by enhancing nonproductive time ratios and boosting workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance on assigned equipment adhering strictly to the established maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance strategies via the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standardized procedures.
• Maintain disciplined transactional records within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems, including tracking materials, labor costs, equipment performance, movements, work orders, and parts usage.
• Ensure compliance with TLM Product Line standards throughout maintenance activities.
• Engage actively in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing asset utilization and decreasing the cost of service delivery.
• Contribute to efforts focused on minimizing asset turnaround time by addressing maintenance delays, parts availability, authorization procedures, failure analysis, and managing work-in-progress.
• Support initiatives to elevate the overall efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
• Participate in implementing cost of service delivery projects, including planned repairs and part reuse strategies.
• Assist in failure investigations as required.
• Comply with the TLM Competency Management System requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience within Global Services and Solutions (GSS).
• Possess a diploma in Electronics.
