• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of electrical panels, motors, and appliances.
• Assign tasks to team members based on their skills to maximize effectiveness and outcomes.
• Verify that subordinate work complies with established standards and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain safety and operability of all electrical tools by securing them properly.
• Strictly follow the preventive maintenance plan and maintain detailed documentation for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering complemented by prior experience in a supervisory electrical role.
