Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated eCommerce Operations Manager to oversee the daily management of our online sales channels and ensure smooth digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily computer-based activities including data entry, report generation, and accurate documentation maintenance.
- Update and manage product listings with descriptions and pricing across various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Create and interpret reports utilizing Advanced Excel features including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, and Conditional Formatting.
- Monitor stock levels and work in coordination with the warehouse team to keep inventory information current.
- Manage the entire order lifecycle including processing orders, handling cancellations, returns, and issuing refunds via online portals.
- Monitor sales data and support promotional initiatives to boost performance.
- Ensure product details such as images, specifications, and SEO-optimized descriptions are accurately and promptly uploaded.
- Communicate effectively with both internal departments and customers through various channels like email, chat, and telephone.
- Keep both digital and physical records properly organized and maintained.
