About the Role

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join their centres located within the South-East Queensland region. This full-time permanent position offers a salary ranging from $40 to $45 per hour plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.

Your Impact

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to observe, inform, and enhance educational programs tailored to the needs of children. You will prioritize safety and foster inclusive learning environments that support every child's development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent start in life for children by delivering quality long day-care, Kindergarten, and Preschool programs.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve educational offerings.
• Develop and nurture positive relationships with children and their families.
• Implement inclusive learning experiences responsive to children's diverse needs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and wellbeing standards.
• Contribute to reflective practice and continual program improvement.
• Share and apply best practice methodologies.

Candidate Requirements

• Cert III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant experience in early childhood education.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Demonstrated passion for effectively leading classrooms and engaging with educators, children, and families.
