Aldergrove Daycare Centre Ltd, a well-established childcare facility serving ages 3 to 5, is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team. Operating for nearly 35 years in the Aldergrove community, the centre is known for its excellence and low staff turnover, offering a unique work environment where your ideas and contributions can truly shine in shaping young minds.

Working Conditions

• Position is full-time with 35 working hours per week
• Daily schedule runs from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Basic Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate is essential
• Post-basic ECE qualifications are advantageous for career progression
• Experience in childcare is valuable but not mandatory; opportunities for advancement exist
• A class 4 driver's license and a flawless driving record are considered beneficial

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wage at $22 per hour with wage enhancement increasing pay to $28 per hour
• Potential wage increase up to $30 per hour depending on experience
• Standard probation period may be waived for exceptional candidates
• Benefits package available to employees
