E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

SRG Fashion by Sharmila is seeking a proactive and inventive E-Commerce Executive to oversee the management of our online store and digital outreach.

Key Duties

• Oversee and update the WordPress/WooCommerce platform effectively
• Upload new products along with images, titles, descriptions, prices, MRP, discounts, and product codes
• Manage product categories, stock inventory, and website content updates
• Regularly inspect and maintain web pages, product listings, links, and checkout functionality
• Detect and troubleshoot minor website and technical issues
• Liaise with the web developer regarding major technical problems
• Manage product postings on Instagram and Facebook channels
• Create basic product-related posts, banners, and creatives utilizing Canva
• Perform elementary SEO and optimize the website for better performance
• Ensure the website is continuously updated with new products, special offers, and promotions
• Monitor website functionality to deliver smooth customer experience

Candidate Requirements

• Strong familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce platforms
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, product listings, or website management
• Knowledge of social media management, Canva design tool, and fundamental SEO concepts
• Excellent communication abilities matched with problem-solving skills
• Responsible and well-organized, capable of working independently
• Preference given to candidates with actual e-commerce experience
