Overview

Chandan Logics LLP is seeking a meticulous and proficient DTP & Data Entry Operator skilled in typing both English and Telugu. The role demands a candidate who can maintain high accuracy and formatting standards to produce educational content without errors.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Type and format documents accurately in English and Telugu languages.
• Develop professional educational materials including class notes, worksheets, question papers, and various study content.
• Create engaging, well-organized PowerPoint presentations.
• Ensure consistent and uniform formatting across all documents, incorporating headings, tables, images, and appropriate fonts.
• Proofread all materials meticulously to remove any spelling, grammatical, punctuation, or typing mistakes.
• Transform handwritten, scanned, or PDF files into editable digital formats.
• Maintain precision and meet productivity targets with timely submission of tasks.
• Systematically organize and manage digital file storage.
• Adhere strictly to company formatting and quality guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent typing skills in English and Telugu with a high accuracy rate.
• Strong command over document formatting and layout design for educational material.
• Ability to craft clear, well-structured PowerPoint presentations.
• Good proofreading skills to identify and correct errors in content.
• Experience in converting non-digital documents into editable formats.
• Ability to manage digital files efficiently and work within deadlines.

Additional Information

Compensation for this position ranges between INR 13,000 to 20,000 monthly. The role is based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, and requires on-site working hours. Candidates with detail orientation and ability to maintain company standards are preferred.
