Dotnet Technical Lead

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced .NET and React Technical Lead to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in building enterprise-grade applications with .NET technologies and React.js, demonstrating leadership in software delivery and technical excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead a development team specializing in .NET and React technologies to build high-quality applications.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentorship, and enforcement of best coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Integrate applications using messaging platforms like Azure Service Bus and RabbitMQ.
• Participate actively in solution design, sprint planning, and effort estimation.
• Ensure software adheres to security best practices and optimized performance.
• Assist in production deployments and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8 to 12 years of experience designing and developing enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
• At least 2 to 3 years experience as a technical lead managing software development teams.
• Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core / .NET 8, and React.js.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and API Gateway integration.
• Experience with event-driven systems using Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure, along with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and Azure DevOps tools.
• Experience with SOAP web services.
