Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, and pack products while adhering to relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Manage documentation for incoming goods, coordinating closely with suppliers.
• Assign and retrieve stock within designated warehouse zones.
• Conduct regular stock audits and participate in inventory management initiatives.
• Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies upon receipt.
• Relocate and organize inventory through manual handling and equipment operation.
• Maintain precise records of all products received and dispatched.
• Ensure the warehouse environment is clean and goods remain undamaged.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum of one year in a similar logistics or warehouse role.
• Understanding and responsibility for upholding quality control standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations and store management.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively with limited supervision within a team setting.
• Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Certified and competent in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and various loading equipment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Advanced numeracy, verbal, and literacy skills.

Physical Requirements

• Capable of lifting up to 20kg routinely, with most loads between 2kg and 10kg.
• Extended periods of standing and walking; ability to squat for lifting tasks.
• Physical capability for pushing and pulling while using pallet jacks.
• Willingness to work in cold conditions (as low as -4°C) occasionally.
