Role Overview

Red Cliffs Post Acute is looking for a part-time Dishwasher to support kitchen and dining operations in a resident-focused care environment. The workplace is described as warm and home-like, with an emphasis on comfort, teamwork, and quality care.

Work Schedule

• Saturday: 6:30am to 2:30pm
• Sunday: 6:30am to 2:30pm
• Tuesday: 2:30pm to 8:00pm
• Wednesday: 2:30pm to 8:00pm

Key Duties

• Prepare meal trays for service.
• Help serve different meals.
• Run the dishwasher and follow all state and facility rules while doing so.
• Make nourishing items and snacks.
• Keep dietary work areas clean, including spaces used for food preparation, service, and cooking.
• Store groceries safely, neatly, and in an organized way.
• Work cooperatively and maintain good relations with staff across departments and with residents.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers competitive hourly pay in the range of $15.50 to $16.50. Additional benefits mentioned include paid time off, sick leave, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth. Full-time employees are also noted as eligible for vision and dental healthcare coverage and a 401(k) match.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have at least an 8th grade education and must be able to clear both a criminal background check and a Colorado CAPS background check.
