Job Role Overview

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tableware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Organize and keep dishroom and dishwashing equipment orderly.
• Uphold kitchen safety, sanitation, and agency standards consistently.
• Contribute to a team atmosphere that drives sales and service excellence.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and professional work space.
• Assist with kitchen prep tasks as time allows.

Role Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to often bend, stoop, kneel and stand throughout shifts.
• Safe handling of equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other necessary tools.
• A flexible schedule aligned with business needs.
