Role Summary

This leadership position requires a strategic and execution-driven individual to collaborate with senior management in enhancing corporate governance, organizational effectiveness, and scalable operating frameworks. The role is pivotal in advancing governance maturity, improving decision-making processes, and aligning the company's strategy, structure, personnel, and procedures during global expansion. The role also acts as an integrator between business strategy, governance, and organizational growth to promote sustainability, operational excellence, and leadership efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine corporate governance frameworks including Board and committee structures, charters, and delegated authorities.
• Manage Board and Shareholder governance processes to ensure transparency, discipline, and effective decision-making.
• Jointly with HR, design organizational structures that scale with company growth.
• Oversee company budget control, internal policies, and workflow management.
• Coordinate legal activities ensuring alignment of corporate structure, regulations, and strategic objectives.
• Support formulation of development strategies and translate company vision into concrete goals and annual plans.
• Participate in crafting HR frameworks, including equity incentive plans and revising compensation and performance appraisal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• A minimum of five years’ director-level experience in mid-to-large scale international enterprises, with preference for FinTech or Internet sectors.
• Exceptional expertise in comprehensive strategic planning and scalable system development.
• Strong skills in interdepartmental communication and coordination.
• Proven responsibility with a broad strategic perspective.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English to engage diverse stakeholders.
