Work Schedule

• Daytime shifts
• Evening shifts
• Monday through Friday
• Rotating or as-needed weekend shifts

Primary Duties

• Provide care that is safe, confidential, and respectful at all times
• Assist individuals with daily activities through verbal or physical prompts to support independence and personal goals, including meal preparation, cleaning, transportation, and social participation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress toward individual goals and detailed logs during each shift
• Work collaboratively with the Designated Developmental Professional (DDP) and local office staff to ensure high-quality care

Candidate Requirements

• No previous experience required; comprehensive training is provided
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Possession of a high school diploma or GED is preferred; alternatively, candidates may pass a literacy test
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance
• Strong skills in verbal and written communication
