MOSH is a dynamic and impact-driven entertainment startup focusing on podcast and digital video storytelling. Founded by creatives from the independent film and TV industries, the company is rapidly expanding its content across multiple platforms including podcasts, YouTube, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Support design initiatives and contribute to research and preparation for client presentations and talent discussions.
• Participate in technical beta testing, pilots, and prototyping efforts.
• Assist with administrative tasks and creative work involved in the full production cycle of weekly podcasts and video segments.
• Help generate content for social media and newsletters while staying updated on trends in music, audio, podcasts, and digital video.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and a small, agile team to contribute to various aspects crucial for growing the startup.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient with Google Suite; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Premiere, Descript, Riverside, or similar multimedia tools is highly advantageous.
• Ability to excel in an asynchronous remote work environment with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable and eager to learn, able to handle evolving priorities and startup dynamics through self-directed learning and asking questions.
• Available to commit flexibly for 4 to 8 hours per week over a period ideally starting in August and lasting 3 to 4 months.

• This position offers mentorship opportunities with founders and staff experienced in entertainment, arts, and startups.
• Though preference is given to candidates based near Austin, San Francisco Bay Area, or Seattle, the role is open to applicants working remotely from any location with a commitment to producing excellent work.
