About the Role
Join TalentPop App as a Digital Sales & Support Representative and be part of a globally distributed team dedicated to helping e-commerce brands provide outstanding customer experiences. You'll engage with customers throughout their buying journey while contributing directly to sales targets and client retention objectives. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from home with a dynamic, fast-paced company.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer questions and concerns via phone, chat, email, and SMS with clear, courteous, and professional communication.
- Support sales by suggesting relevant products and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance purchase decisions.
- Manage order-related inquiries including shipping updates, tracking, returns, and refund processes accurately and efficiently.
- Represent each brand authentically by delivering personalized interactions consistent with their distinct voice and standards.
- Log and share valuable customer feedback to help refine service quality and internal operations.
- Collaborate closely with team members to monitor trends, track performance, and improve the overall customer journey.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of one year experience working remotely in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Zendesk, or Gorgias preferred.
- Ability to remain composed while multitasking in a remote and fast-moving work environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
Technical Requirements
- Access to a personal computer or laptop equipped with an Intel i5 processor or better.
- Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
- A quiet, professional setting suitable for taking customer calls.
