Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimise websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress, integrating AI tools and design software like Figma to produce digital content and assets.
• Utilise HTML/CSS and low-code solutions to enhance the user experience across digital interfaces.
• Plan and implement effective SEO and SEM tactics, involving keyword analysis, content enhancement, and ongoing performance evaluation.
• Oversee multiple websites ensuring robust performance, security, responsiveness, and user-centric experience.
• Manage and expand social media presence using scheduling, monitoring, and AI-driven content generation tools.
• Design and execute email direct marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation platforms with strategies like audience segmentation, personalisation, and comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in creative software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Figma, with an enthusiasm for AI-enhanced content creation.
• Experience working with CMS and eCommerce platforms including WordPress, Magento, or Shopify.
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
• Familiarity with or eagerness to learn EDM platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
• Basic competency in analytics tools like Google Analytics coupled with a data-focused approach.
• A strong commitment to producing engaging digital content across social media, video, photography, and emerging AI-driven formats.
