About the Role
The Creative Agency is searching for a skilled Digital Content Manager to oversee the strategic planning, styling, execution, and performance of social media and email marketing initiatives across various client accounts. Located in Fort Collins, CO, this in-office position offers a salary range of $43,000 to $53,000 annually, complemented by tiered revenue sharing based on client growth, retention, profitability, and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and creative direction for assigned social media and email campaigns.
- Craft campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, visual guidelines, platform strategies, and calls to action.
- Develop cohesive plans that guide audiences through awareness to engagement, driving traffic, trust, and conversions.
- Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign timelines effectively.
- Write and supervise creation of captions, hooks, subject lines, email copy, and related messaging.
- Direct design, photography, and video teams to ensure alignment with brand and platform specifications.
- Conduct thorough trend analysis to identify relevant formats and themes for each client.
- Review all social posts, creative content, and campaign materials to maintain quality and brand consistency.
- Monitor performance analytics such as engagement, reach, open and click rates, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Interpret data to optimize campaigns and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Prepare insightful reports and recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in social media management, email marketing, content strategy, or related digital marketing roles, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven experience handling social media and email marketing for brands or client portfolios.
- Comprehensive knowledge of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and short-form video content.
- Strong skills in campaign planning, scheduling, promotion, and audience engagement across digital media.
- Excellent writing, editing, and messaging capabilities including captions, hooks, and call-to-action development.
- Experience collaborating with creative professionals such as designers, photographers, and videographers.
- Ability to analyze social and email marketing metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional creative judgment and understanding of brand-appropriate, timely content.
- Effective multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns and client demands concurrently.
