Role Overview

This position is within the Global Studios team, responsible for crafting emotive and conversion-focused digital ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. The team's focus is on hyper-personalized digital communications that influence perceptions, instigate new behaviors, and shift market shares for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage design projects from initial brief through to completion.
Contribute creative ideas during briefing sessions.
Create top-quality design work aligned with client goals.
Source images and perform digital artworking tasks.
Develop engaging visual content for channels including websites, apps, and emails.
Ensure designs strategically support clients' business objectives.
Stay informed on latest design and marketing trends.
Incorporate constructive feedback to improve work.
Mentor junior team members where applicable.
Maintain accountability for delivering error-free design outputs.
Adhere to deadlines and project schedules.
Create small animations for digital assets.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience with digital design using industry-standard tools such as Figma.
Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful work approach.
Strong eye for layout, skilled in typography and image retouching.
Excellent team player who supports colleagues effectively.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
Experience in motion graphics and 3D design is advantageous.

Additional Information

This role starts as a 12-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.
