Position Overview
Join Cushing Terrell as a Design Professional, contributing collaboratively to architectural design, project development, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration. Under the guidance of a seasoned architect, you will create design and technical solutions, coordinate with technical teams, and oversee certain project components. You may also supervise junior Design Professionals and technical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively in all facets of architectural design collaboration.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that define the company's unique value.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of construction documentation processes.
- Possess relevant construction administration expertise.
- Exhibit strong design capabilities complemented by proficiency in Autodesk, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite platforms.
- Utilize advanced skills in Revit software.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in architecture from a NAAB-accredited institution.
- Between zero and six years of professional architecture experience.
- Strong desire to broaden team expertise and foster collaborative work environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in commercial, food and beverage, or grocery sectors is advantageous.
Additional Information
Salary for this position ranges from $61,000 to $70,000 annually, with exact compensation influenced by experience, licensure, location, proficiency, and other applicable factors. The role may qualify for an annual performance bonus. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The work setting predominantly involves office-based tasks with occasional physical movements such as bending and stretching.
