Role Overview
As a Demand Planner, you will be instrumental in navigating daily logistical challenges to keep warehouse operations efficient. You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced setting where autonomy and continual professional development are emphasized. Your role supports a dedicated team utilizing cutting-edge technology to shape the future of logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee supplier performance according to established KPIs, including monitoring order fulfillment accuracy and timely deliveries.
- Conduct demand forecasting, planning, and procurement of both imported and locally sourced finished goods.
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly via telephone and email communications.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant statutory regulations and compliance requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in demand planning or purchasing/procurement roles.
- Familiarity with master production scheduling concepts.
- Experience in supplier management is advantageous.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
