Role Overview

As a Demand Planner, you will be instrumental in navigating daily logistical challenges to keep warehouse operations efficient. You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced setting where autonomy and continual professional development are emphasized. Your role supports a dedicated team utilizing cutting-edge technology to shape the future of logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier performance according to established KPIs, including monitoring order fulfillment accuracy and timely deliveries.
• Conduct demand forecasting, planning, and procurement of both imported and locally sourced finished goods.
• Address and resolve customer queries promptly via telephone and email communications.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant statutory regulations and compliance requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in demand planning or purchasing/procurement roles.
• Familiarity with master production scheduling concepts.
• Experience in supplier management is advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
