Delivery Driver / Installation Specialist

About the role

This full-time position is based in Queenstown, Otago and involves delivering and installing whiteware in customers’ homes. As one of the final people a customer interacts with, you’ll help create a positive and memorable experience while building trust and long-term relationships.

The role includes working directly with customers to decide the safest and most suitable way to bring products into the home, unpacking items, installing appliances, and removing old appliances and packaging when needed.

Working hours

The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Weekend work will also be required.

What you’ll do

• Deliver whiteware products to customer homes
• Install appliances and ensure they are set up correctly
• Work with customers to identify the best delivery approach for each home
• Unpack products and remove packaging where requested
• Take away old appliances if required
• Represent the business professionally as the last point of contact with the customer
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment

What we’re looking for

• A full, clean New Zealand driver licence
• Strong driving skills and a courteous manner on the road
• Clear and effective communication abilities
• A proactive, positive, can-do approach
• The physical ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders, and stay on your feet for extended periods
• Warehousing experience is an advantage, though not essential
