This role involves crafting a variety of high-quality hot and cold deli items, prioritizing exceptional customer satisfaction at all times within a lively store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Embark on promoting and embodying the core Centra values: pride, energy, creativity, and community focus.
• Prepare customer orders from fresh food sections, including sandwich and roll assembly, hot food serving, and precise meat slicing adhering to portion control guidelines.
• Cook, arrange, and showcase daily food selections to maintain freshness and appeal.
• Maintain impeccable display counters across fresh food departments continuously throughout shifts.
• Exhibit enthusiasm for quality cuisine by providing customers with culinary insights, recipes, and personal suggestions.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally according to company policies.

Candidate Profile

• While HACCP certification is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
• Strong communication capabilities for effective team and customer interaction.
• Previous experience in customer service environments is beneficial.
• Adeptness at teamwork within dynamic, fast-paced settings and capacity to multitask under pressure.
• Genuine passion for food that motivates and engages shoppers.

Additional Information

• Flexible deli shifts available with typical hours including 10am–6pm, 12pm–8pm, and 3pm–10pm.
• Compensation will correspond to the candidate's prior experience.
