Job Overview

We are looking for a driven Debt Collector to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This role focuses on engaging customers with overdue bank loans and credit card payments, assisting them to arrange feasible repayment plans while striving to meet collection goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with customers who have overdue financial obligations related to loans and credit cards.
• Discuss and finalize payment arrangements and settlements.
• Proactively follow up on delinquent accounts to maximize the recovery of outstanding amounts.
• Keep detailed and precise records of all collection activities performed.
• Adhere strictly to UAE banking rules and company protocols throughout the debt collection process.
• Collaborate with various internal teams as needed to facilitate resolution.
• Meet or exceed prescribed monthly targets for collections and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior work experience in bank or financial debt collection environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to perform well under stress and consistently meet key performance indicators.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management software.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
